    Wrong Address

    Capra Leather is not responsible for additional shipping charges for packages that are returned to us due to incorrect shipping names or addresses. Capra Leather is not responsible if a forwarding address is not honored but is returned to us instead.

    Change Shipping Address

    If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible we might have the time to change it but we can't assure you unless you have an email confirmation from us.

    Order Cancelations

    Custom orders or engraved orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours, we might have started the crafting process and have engraved a product only for you that cannot be sold.

    Order Changes

    We accept order changes after your order is placed, unless is a custom or engraved orders, please contact us to let us know. These changes can delay your order between 2 to 5 business days.

    Duties

    Orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or taxes at the receiver's expense. The fee varies by country, and we are unable to calculate this in advance. If the customer refuses a shipment, they are responsible for the original shipping fees, import fees, and the cost of returning the package.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We, of course, accept returns and exchanges. We don't have a generic policy. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis, prioritizing customer satisfaction. We treat our customers fairly and we expect them to treat us the same way.

    We thrive to craft outstanding products. In the less, if you are not satisfied, make the return within 15 days of receiving your order.

    Please make sure that you do not declare a commercial value of over $15 or you may be liable for customs and duties charges.

    Custom embossed orders are non-returnable unless they are faulty. Returns are only available for unused merchandise with the original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will incur in a restocking fee or will not be accepted. Shipping, duties, and handling fees are non-returnable.

    Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount unless the items are defective.


    Free Returns

    We offer free returns on faulty orders and will send you a pre-paid label. Slight changes in color and small natural marks on the product are not eligible for a free return.
