Free shipping on orders over $150 USD. Shipped via DHL Express with tracking number and require signature upon delivery.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Find a shipping cost calculator at checkout.

Duties

Orders may be subject to import duties, VAT or taxes at the receiver's expense. The fee varies by country and we are unable to calculate this in advance.

After Shipping Cool Features

We, in company with DHL, go above and beyond to make the delivery process as seamless as possible. Once your package shipped we offer you the following options free of charge:

  • Change delivery address inside the same city; e.g. You won't be at home, receive it at the office.
  • Ask DHL to hold your package and program a new delivery date; e.g. You'll be out of town for the holidays.

All you need to do is contact your local DHL and provide them with your tracking number.

Order Cancelation

Orders can be canceled without a fee if it hasn't shipped. This does not apply for custom engraved orders. We'll handle those case by case, fees may apply, calculated for each case.


Returns & Refunds

We of course accept returns. We don't have a generic policy. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the goal of satisfying the customer. We treat our customers fairly and we expect them to treat us the same way.

We thrive to craft outstanding products. Non the less, if you are not satisfied, make the return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please understand that custom engraved orders are non-returnable unless they are faulty. Returns are only available for unused merchandise with original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will incur in a restocking fee or will not be accepted. Shipping, duties and handling fees are non-returnable.

We refund to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receipt.

Free Returns: How to Apply

We offer free returns on faulty orders. We'll send you a pre paid label or refund the return shipping costs.

To apply for a free return please send pictures and a detailed description of the mistake to margarita@capraleather.com.

Slight changes in color are not eligible for a free return. This is caused by the natural character of the leather selection and tanning process we use.
