      • Breathable Suede: Applied to the back of the shoulder strap for natural grip and superior comfort.
      • Stainless Steel Hardware: High-grade, rust-resistant buckle.
      • N52 Neodymium Magnets: The highest grade of rare-earth magnets available, utilized for their extreme pull-force and compact profile to ensure secure, tactile closures.
      • YKK Reverse Coil Zippers: Oriented with the elements on the inside for a clean, snag-free profile and a minimalist aesthetic.

      Each piece is handcrafted in Bogotá's Studio and ships via FedEx Priority or DHL, with tracking and signature on delivery.

      Duties and taxes

      Duties and taxes are not included in the order total. Free shipping covers carrier cost only.

      United States: Under the Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement (CTPA), some orders arrive with no extra fee; some are charged. We cannot predict which will apply. Any charge at delivery is the customer's responsibility.

      Rest of the world: Import duties, VAT, or taxes are the receiver's responsibility. The amount varies by country and cannot be calculated in advance.

      If a shipment is refused, the customer pays the original shipping, import fees, and the return of the package.

      We stand behind every piece with a lifetime warranty.

      If it is not right for you, return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund. A $15 restocking fee applies.

      Custom Debossing is final sale. Debossed pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.

      If anything arrives imperfect, the return is free. We will make it right.
