Duties and taxes
Duties and taxes are not included in the order total. Free shipping covers carrier cost only.
United States: Under the Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement (CTPA), some orders arrive with no extra fee; some are charged. We cannot predict which will apply. Any charge at delivery is the customer's responsibility.
Rest of the world: Import duties, VAT, or taxes are the receiver's responsibility. The amount varies by country and cannot be calculated in advance.
If a shipment is refused, the customer pays the original shipping, import fees, and the return of the package.
Returns and exchanges
We stand behind every piece with a lifetime warranty.
If it is not right for you, return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund. A $15 restocking fee applies.
Custom Debossing is final sale. Debossed pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
Customized pieces are paid in full before we start cutting and are final sale; the lifetime warranty applies.
If anything arrives imperfect, the return is free. We will make it right.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the piece reaching us. Shipping, duties and the restocking fee are not refunded, unless the piece is faulty.
Send it back unused, in its original packaging. Please declare a value under $9 on the parcel, or the return may be charged customs fees. Small changes in colour and natural marks in the leather are part of the hide, not a fault.
Changes to your order
Your address
Write to us as soon as you can if the address needs to change. Once you have our email confirming it, it is changed. A parcel sent back to us for a wrong name or address, or a forwarding address that is not honoured, ships again at your cost.
Changes
We can change most orders after you place them, except custom and debossed pieces. A change may add 2 to 5 business days at the studio.
Cancellations
Custom and debossed orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. After that we may already be cutting a piece made only for you.
