  Often people take off their mask because it’s uncomfortable, especially on the ears and nose. We worked hard to make it as comfy as possible. Adjustable head elastic bands and padded nose support with nose strip.

  Duties and taxes

  Duties and taxes are not included in the order total. Free shipping covers carrier cost only.

  United States: Under the Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement (CTPA), some orders arrive with no extra fee; some are charged. We cannot predict which will apply. Any charge at delivery is the customer's responsibility.

  Rest of the world: Import duties, VAT, or taxes are the receiver's responsibility. The amount varies by country and cannot be calculated in advance.

  If a shipment is refused, the customer pays the original shipping, import fees, and the return of the package.

  If it is not right for you, return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund. A $15 restocking fee applies.

  Custom Debossing is final sale. Debossed pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.

  If anything arrives imperfect, the return is free. We will make it right.
